Q: Why can't I login with my username and password from the old version of the website? (10/28/05)
A: Migrating from the old system to the new system required the implementation of a completely new and improved ecommerce engine. It was simply not technically feasible to migrate all customer accounts - especially the user id's and your unique encrypted passwords. Ultimately out of respect for your privacy, we decided it would be best to delete this information. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion, but we are confident the new store will make your shopping experience much more enjoyable.

Q: Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
A: Yes. As with our previous version of our store, you will be required to create an account before making your purchase.

Q: What credit cards does your store accept for purchases?
A: Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard

Q: Can I use a debit card when making a purchase on your new store?
A: Only if it has a Mastercard or Visa logo on it. You cannot use it as a debit card with a pin number

Q: How do I change my credit card information?
A: When logging in to place an order, select "Change Billing Information" before pressing the "Continue Checkout" button. You can update your information on the next screen.

Q: Can I phone my order in if I am uncomfortable placing an order online?
A: Yes. Please call (641) 377-7777 x105

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Support tab in the top menu, choose Check Order Status. Enter your confirmation number in the blank field. Or choose Account History under the Support tab. Upon logging in this page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and inputting your postal zip code. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice generated before confirming your order.

Q: Can I purchase your product as a gift and have it sent to a different shipping address?
A: Yes, you have the option of selecting a different shipping address during the checkout process. Please be sure to change it back to your shipping address if and when you place an order for yourself.

Q: Can anyone order from your website?
A: Yes. Provided you are 18 years old with a valid credit card and shipping address. Due to the nature of our product, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
