Old Fashioned Frankfurters - Large Order

These hot dogs are the ones you've been looking for. They're casing free and contain only ground beef, ground chicken, herbs, and spices. None of the parts you don't want to think about! They're fully cooked for your convenience. Six hot dogs in each 12 oz package, 12 packages for a total of 72 hot dogs.
Our frankfurters are bun sized links. No nitrates, nitrites, antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, no fillers, no ingredients that you can't spell or pronounce. Think tube steaks--No gross parts are put in them. No organs, no brains, etc. We invented them so we could finally let our kids eat all the hot dogs they wanted. These are fully cooked and we recommend you only boil them for a couple minutes as they don't have the phosphates of other hot dogs and so dry out faster. Both gourmets and kids like them. They are skinless so do not have another species' casing on them. We found an old European sausage-maker whose father was a sausage maker to help us perfect this recipe.
