These delicious three to four pound beef roasts make a fantastic old fashioned sunday roast with your favorite greens and potatoes. Ten Organic Sirloin Tip Roasts, 3-4 lb each, for approximately 35 pounds total.

Our beef is hand cut, and dry aged two weeks and you will be very pleased with them. Dry aging is an old fashioned method, where our steaks and roasts are stored in a specific temperature controlled environment. This enhances the flavor, tenderness, and palatability of our steaks and roasts. They are single ingredient and free of hormones, antibiotics, pesticide treated feed, preservatives, additives, irradiation, artificial colors or artificial flavors.
